We are highly innovative in structuring transactions to provide a full solution to management or a general partner. Since our inception, we have provided liquidity to management, employees and other institutional investors. Our capital is used to purchase shares in a single company or a portfolio of companies by partnering with another general partner where relevant. It is important for us to be aligned with the lead investor and other co-investors in a company to ensure management receives adequate resources for future success.
